How to place your order
- Print out the Order Form (Acrobat Reader Required). Fill in the form as indicated.
- Print out the measurement chart and fill out the appropriate measurements for the items ordered. It is recommended that you have the measurements taken by an experienced tailor or seamstress, especially when concerning coat measurements.
- Fabrics - If time allows, you may request fabric swatches.

How to measure
A 50% deposit is required on all orders over $500 with the balance due upon the customer's inspection and satisfaction of the goods. The balance must be sent no later than 3 days from the date in which the order has been received. Interest may be charged for late payments at the rate of 2% per month, starting from the date shown on the invoice. All orders under $500 require full payment in advance. A 15% oversize charge is applicable to chest sizes over 45" and waist sizes over 40". All hat orders require full payment in advance to process the order.
- Electronic Payments
We accept payment using Paypal, which allows you to use the credit card of your choice. Once you decide on your order, I will send you an invoice via e-mail. It is as simple as any purchase you make with your credit card; once you confirm the amount is correct, enter the means of payment and other relevant information and click "Send" And your done. Safe and Secure. Please note all Paypal transactions require a 3.5% surcharge.
- Personal Cheques
Your order will be processed once the cheque has been cleared.
- Purchase Orders
Accepted from institutions and government. Your order will be processed immediately upon receiving a P.O. number.
Please contact us to request shipping rates. All orders are shipped through Canada Post, Xpress service, 3 to 5 business days delivery unless otherwise specified. If you require a faster delivery service, please notify me and a rate will be quoted.
Terms & Conditions
Lost and damaged goods
Notify us immediately if you have not received your order by the due date. Lost packages will be traced and re-shipped. Contact the courier immediately upon receiving damaged goods. Retain all the original packing; DO NOT throw anything out.
Custom made garments have a No Return policy. The item can be returned for altering with all shipping and handling costs the responsiblity of the customer. If the customer has a first fitting, (before the garment is finished)and approves the style and fit,we will not make any changes to the finished garment.
Stock sizes in the men's clothing may be returned after a 3 day inspection period for a refund or exchange with a 10% restocking fee. The item must not be changed or altered in any way - worn, soiled or damaged. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns.
